Field Gas Analyzer

  2. General: The EMF Field Gas Analyzers (FGA) are available to all members of the Stanford community.  They are user run instrument.  Before signing up, users must contact the staff member at EMF, participate in a training session on the instrument and be certified by a facility technician.  Once certified, users planning to use the instrument must sign up on the Scheduler.  
  3. Operation: The FGA is available for checking out by certified users Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.  The users can reserve them for in lab use or field use for up to 30 days.
  4. Cost:  The FGA charge rates are different dependent upon the length of use.  Please check with us.
